* Adult Community Case Management is a service that is available to those consumers who meet the eligibility requirements for mental retardation through the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and who receive MaineCare. Additionally, they cannot be on a waiver, be under public guardianship or have DHHS as a rep payee. If those criteria are met, consumers have a choice of a community case management provider.
