MISSION TRANSITION $250 mPOWER SCHOLARSHIP

Our Mission:
The Maine Committee on Transition supports youth with disabilities in making meaningful choices as they transition to adulthood by promoting collaboration within communities.
What We Do:
  • Provide information and referral.
  • Build capacity within school systems to use student-centered planning.
  • Help people make community connections.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to provide ongoing identified training.
  • Promote youth leadership regionally and statewide.
